2. How and why are your personal data processed?

When processing personal data, we comply with relevant legal regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related legal regulations.

The processing of your personal data is carried out to ensure the fulfillment of all our and your rights and obligations in connection with the legal relationship between us.

We process your personal data based on the following:

  • a contract or agreement we have concluded with you (not only in writing) for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations arising from such contract or agreement;
  • applicable legal regulations (e.g., in the field of taxation) for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations imposed on us;
  • our legitimate interest, e.g., for improving our services.

We process your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship. After its termination, we retain only those of your personal data that are further necessary for asserting our rights and fulfilling our obligations, or as required by legal regulations for the period specified therein.

No automated decision-making or profiling occurs in the processing of your personal data.

We process personal data manually and automatically through our employees or external processors (see point 5 below). Data protection is technically and organizationally ensured in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

3. What personal data do we process?

If you have concluded a contract with us, not only in writing, your personal data are processed to the following extent:

  • data that is necessary for the concluded contract and other personal data without which it would not be possible to fulfill our obligations arising from the contract:

  • Name and surname
  • Handwritten signature
  • Permanent residence address, business premises, contact address (store address), billing address,
  • ID number
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number

If you have submitted an inquiry to us, your personal data are processed to the following extent:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number

4. How do we protect your personal data?

You can be sure that we handle your personal data with proper care and in accordance with applicable legal regulations. We protect your personal data to the fullest extent possible, which corresponds to the technical level of available means and the nature of the personal data processing by the Controller. The Controller has strict rules defining which employee or department can access your personal data and which personal data they can process, as further detailed in the internal regulations of the Controller. In case your personal data are transferred outside the Controller, we have ensured an appropriate level of security protection in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.

5. To whom else do we disclose your personal data and why?

Your personal data are generally not disclosed to third parties outside the Controller except in cases when:

  • you give us your consent,
  • it is required by us or authorized by law (e.g., in the case of requests from law enforcement authorities),
  • it is justified by our legitimate interest in operational and related activities, and external processors provide such activities to us.

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union.

6.  What rights do you have regarding your personal data?

  1. In relation to your personal data processed by us, you have the following rights that you can enforce against us as the controller:
  • the right to receive confirmation of the (non)processing of your personal data and to access the personal data concerning you that we process;
  • the right to have your personal data corrected or completed if they are inaccurate or incomplete;
  • the right to have your personal data erased or to have the processing of your personal data restricted, provided the conditions set by legal regulations are met;
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you;
  • the right to data portability to another controller.

If we process some of your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of such personal data at any time.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of legal regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is:
